Taking that first step to contact a therapist is important. Naturally, you are looking for a therapist who is a good fit for you. This website can begin to give you some sense of that. The best way, however, is for us to meet in person and have a session. It should soon be apparent if we can work well together. I am committed to helping you get good therapy. If we are not a good fit, I would be happy to help you find a better-suited and equally skilled therapist.

Insurance and Payment
I do not participate in any health care management plans. I am licensed in DC and Maryland, so my services are normally eligible for insurance reimbursement at out-of-network rates. Insurance policies vary about coverage. If you have any questions about this, feel free to call me, as well as your insurance provider.
